3. Booking and Payments
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure bookings.
- Full payment is due as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur fees.
- Cancellations must be made within [X] days to avoid additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property
- All photos, videos, and content created by EA Studio remain our property until full payment is received.
- Clients are granted a license to use the content for personal or business purposes but may not resell or alter the content without permission.
5. Client Responsibilities

- Ensure all permissions (e.g., drone usage, location access) are obtained.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for delays or failures due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment failure).
- Damages caused by client negligence are the client’s responsibility.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes resolved in New Delhi courts.
